This is an overnight event from Friday 12th October 8:30 pm to Saturday 13th October 7:30 am. Please be advised that attendance is only possible for the full overnight event.
The Gongpuja is an opportune occasion to sleep or meditate in silence throughout the night bathed in the healing sound vibrations of the gongs. Immersed in the sound waves of the gongs you may experience a deep state of relaxation and as these vibrations literally wash over you they give space and opportunity to release tensions and blocks. The harmony created by the gong tones brings about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur.
We meditate, or sleep, possibly a sleep like no other, possibly asleep as though awake in a dream!
The Wajid Osho Centre will provide thick mattresses and plaids, however you are invited to bring your own bedding, cushion, blanket, eye cover and all the extra comfort you might need for a good sleep. Please wear comfortable clothing, or your favourite pyjamas!
