The meditation can be done at any time of the day.
Just create a silent and comfortable space where
you can relax.
Each stage of the meditation is 15 minutes and ends
with the sound of a gong.
You can do the meditation along with a partner sitting
and facing each other.
You can also sit in front of a mirror and look at your-
self or look at a beautiful flower.
After the meditation has ended, give yourself a mo-
ment for a good tea before you come back to your
daily life activities.
First Stage, 15 minutes:
With open eyes feel and breathe - deep and relaxed -
into the beauty which you see in the other.
While you play soft music you sit silent and relaxed
with open and receptive eyes facing a partner, a mirror
or a flower. Gently, like a lover or an innocent child,
you breathe and look with a great sense of wonder,
as if you see the other for the first time.
You breathe in the love and beauty you recognize in
the other and let it touch your heart.
Seeing the beauty and lovingness in the other
reminds you of your own inner beauty and capacity
to love. Whatever you recognize in the other you can
recognize in yourself too.
You allow yourself to get filled with a sense of over-
flowing love and joy.
You move your energy from the head to the heart.
Second Stage, 15 minutes:
Dance and celebrate alone or together expressing
your feelings of love and beauty. Now, you stand up
and express your feelings of great love and beauty in
spontaneous dancing, following the soft music.
Alone or together you celebrate yourself and get lost
in playful dancing and joyful breathing.
Open your arms and embrace the whole of existence.
Let your energy overflow and stay sensitive to your
feeling heart. Enjoy the innocence of a silent heart
liberated from a judging mind.
Dance playfully like a child in the sun or in the rain
without fear and feel at home in this existence.
Third Stage, 15 minutes:
Watch the breathing.
After dancing and celebrating you sit down comfortably
and close your eyes.
Take your energy inside and allow it to vibrate in your
heart. For a moment you might like to put your hands
on your heart and feel your breath touching it.
Then the breath slowly moves down and relaxes into
the belly - the centre of your being.
Observe the breath coming in and going out touching
your belly. Let a deep silence descend on you!
Fourth Stage, 15 minutes:
Lie down and relax into deep silence.
In letting go and relaxation the body finds a new way
to balance its energy.
You simply relax effortlessly.
