Osho 's antwoord op de vraag hierboven is het antwoord van een mysticus.

Metaforisch uitgedrukt verwijst hij met 'I am an answer to the question that everybody is' .....
..... naar het vlinderzijn waar de rups rationeel gezien geen flauw benul van heeft;
..... naar de uiteindelijke geurend bloesemende bloei waar het zaad geen enkel zicht op heeft;
..... naar de existentieel knagende onvoldaan-
heid in de ziel als een uiting daarvan, een divine or spiritual discontentment.

Daar spreekt een mensbeeld uit waarin de mens naast het lichamelijk en psychologisch geboren worden, van nature de mogelijkheid in zich draagt tot, alweer metaforisch uitgedrukt, een 'spirituele geboorte', een transformatie waarin hij of zij tot voltooiing en volle wasdom komt: the shift from the ego to the self, the ultimate flowering of your being ~ releasing its fragrance of compassion to existence.
